  • After discussing your desired photoshoot style and time with Brit, she will send an invoice to secure your photoshoot with us. This invoice can be paid by credit/debit card, EFT or PayPal. Once processed, you will receive confirmation details.

  • This is entirely up to you. We can come to your workplace or home, or alternatively, your shoot can be taken at a studio in Sydney or Melbourne if preferred.

  • The number of photos depends on the package you choose with us. The absolute minimum is 5 photos. However, if you opt for a personal or professional branding package, you will receive far more.

  • All photos come with a basic edit. If you would like more comprehensive editing, we offer this within our packages.

  • That's no problem at all if its within 48 hours of the photoshoot.

    We are happy to reschedule your photoshoot to a mutually agreeable date and time.

  • If you need to cancel your photoshoot, please be aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel at least seven days before your confirmed photoshoot date, we will retain a 30% booking fee. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled photoshoot, a 50% booking fee will apply.

  • We endeavour to get your photos back to you within 24 hours. However, for much larger company shoots, this can take up to 48 hours.

  • You have extensive freedom with the usage of these images. The photos can be used for both personal and professional promotion and marketing purposes, including but not limited to brochures, websites, conferences, and social media. Corporate Shots reserves the right to use the photos as samples on our website or for marketing purposes while ensuring the complete anonymity of our clients. However, if you prefer that your images not be used in any of our promotional materials, we fully respect your privacy and will honour your request not to use your images.

  • The cost of a corporate headshot can vary widely depending on the specific photograph you want. While it might seem straightforward to get just one headshot, capturing the perfect image often requires taking multiple shots—sometimes as many as 50—to ensure the best possible result. Our basic package is designed to be the most affordable and straightforward option, providing you with a high-quality headshot without unnecessary complexity. To receive a personalised quote and more detailed information, please submit your enquiry as this will help us tailor our services to meet your specific needs and budget.

  • Feeling nervous in front of the camera is completely normal but rest assured that our team is highly experienced in making you feel comfortable and relaxed. We will work at your pace and won't leave until you are happy with the results. Our goal is to provide you with beautiful, natural photos that truly reflect your personality.   • When choosing the best colour to wear on any given day, it's often recommended to opt for block colours. Solid and neutral shades tend to be the most versatile and flattering. The eye is naturally accustomed to these colours, making them less likely to overwhelm your overall appearance. Light neutral shades such as white and cream exude a sense of freshness and simplicity, while darker neutrals like navy and black offer a classic and sophisticated look. Neutrals are timeless, non-competing, and emotionally balanced, making them an excellent choice for various occasions and settings.

  • Yes, we do offer a selfie service for staff in remote areas who cannot get to the office. We will provide a detailed guide to taking a selfie, including specific instructions on how to angle yourself to match the photos of your colleagues. Following this, we will comprehensively edit the photo to ensure it aligns consistently with your brand and the imagery of your colleagues. Our goal is to ensure that all staff photos maintain a uniform and professional appearance, regardless of location.

  • No, we do not offer hair and makeup services prior to the shoot. We recommend that you visit a stylist or makeup artist you are already comfortable with to ensure results that you will be happy with. These professionals have worked with you before and know your preferences and style best, ensuring you look and feel your absolute best on the day of the shoot.

  • Our regular hours are Monday through Friday. However, we do accommodate pre-arranged bookings on Saturdays. If you need a weekend appointment, please call our team or submit an enquiry form. We will be happy to discuss our availability with you.

  • Our photoshoot session times for individuals vary based on the type of shoot you're interested in. For Corporate Headshot sessions, the duration can range from a quick 20-minute session to a more extensive 2-hour personal branding session. This flexibility allows us to cater to your specific needs and ensure we capture the perfect shots that reflect your personal brand. Whether you need a few quick updates or a comprehensive portfolio, we can tailor the session to fit your schedule and goals.
